Glendale, Ariz. –– Bring out the family to get a close-up view of the moon, planets and other galaxies at the 36th Annual Public Star Party from 7 to 9 p.m., Saturday, May 18, at Thunderbird Conservation Park, 67th Avenue and Patrick Lane.

The Saguaro Astronomy Club hosts this event in which members bring out their large and small telescopes, set them up and make them available to the public to view the celestial objects in the universe.
