Have fun with these free activities and pick up your summer reading game board at the same time. All activities will last half hour except May 21. For more information, call 623-930-3537.

  • Mixed Up Library: all day, Monday, May 21 – Things have gone awry in the library! See if you can find the strange and funny occurrences in this search.
  • Happy Birthday, Arizona: Tuesday, May 22, 11 a.m., 3 and 6:30 p.m. – Sing “Happy Birthday” to our state, listen to the book If You Give a Cat a Cupcake and celebrate by decorating your own cupcake.
  • Nuudle Buildin’: Wednesday, May 23, 3 and 6 p.m. – Create a truck, creature or something else with Nuudles. Nuudles are safe, non-toxic, biodegradable construction materials perfect for all kinds of projects.
  • Woodland Wonders: Arizona has cactus and lizards, mountains, pine trees and squirrels. Create a collage from natural materials: bark, pinecones, seeds and more.
